You will learn two different fillings in this class, classic mashed potato & mashed potato with cheese & onion.<br/><br/>Join Chef Michele in her Cape Cod kitchen as she guides you step-by-step through the process of making your dough from scratch.  Together you will make your fillings and assemble your pierogies before dropping them into simmering water to cook.<br/><br/>Then how you participate in the beer pairing portion of class is entirely up to you!  Chef Michele recommends having Eastern European Pilsner Beer available to enjoy with your Pierogies, but also to discuss the flavor compatibility and how you can consider pairing brews with your food in the future.<br/><br/>Invite your friends and family to join you so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of cooking and drinking beer together.  No experience is required!<br/><br/>You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list.
